DorafileTerms of service
These terms govern your use of Dorafile (dorafile.atesensoftware.com), provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("we"). By using Dorafile or buying a licence you accept them.
1. What Dorafile does
Dorafile is browser software. It reads a DORA Register of Information that you provide (Excel workbook or EBA plain-csv package), checks it against the rules the European Banking Authority publishes for the DORA reporting module, converts values to EBA codes and, with a licence, builds an xBRL-CSV reporting package. The processing runs in your browser; your register is not sent to us.
2. Free use and licences
- Validation reports are free.
- A licence unlocks the package download for 12 months from the purchase date. Entity: one reporting entity (LEI) and a register listing one entity. Group: one reporting entity and a register listing up to 10 entities. Advisor: up to 25 reporting entities, each register listing up to 10 entities.
- Entity and Group licences are issued for the LEI of the entity maintaining the register when it is known at checkout. Licences are for your organisation (or, for Advisor, your clients' filings) and may not be resold or published.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD. In the EU, the UK and most other countries VAT is already included in the price; in the US and Canada sales tax is added. Paddle may show local currency and shows the total before you pay.
4. Your responsibility
Dorafile checks the technical form of a register against published rules. It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice and does not guarantee that a competent authority accepts a submission: authorities and the ESAs also run checks Dorafile cannot run (for example GLEIF and BRIS look-ups) and may change their rules. The content of your register and its submission remain your responsibility. Check the result before you submit.
5. Availability and changes
We update Dorafile when the EBA publishes new versions of the DORA reporting framework, aiming to do so before the next collection window. We may change or discontinue features; a licence you bought keeps its 12-month package download.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Dorafile is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including regulatory fines or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
